Decks range in price from $5,000 – $60,000 depending on size, materials and additional features. Composite decks are usually about 10-20% more than a comparable pressure-treated deck.
In Saskatoon, decks 8″ or higher above the ground require a permit. We can get all the necessary permits for you, saving any headaches or hassle.
We recommend helical screw piles for our deck projects. They provide a strong foundation that won’t move during the freeze-thaw cycle.
Lighting is a great way to enjoy your deck late into the evening. Not only does it provide a pleasant ambiance, but it can also help with safety on stairs.

BLUEPRINT + BUILD
This is the exciting stage where we finally break ground, and you start to see your design come to life.
Our project lead will keep you in the loop every step of the way and ensure your project is completed on time or before.
Step 4
WALKTHROUGH + WARRANTY
Time to crank up the BBQ. Your deck project is finished, and it’s time to enjoy the outdoors. However, before we leave, we bring all hands on deck to check for fit and finish. Then, we walk through the project with you to ensure everything is as good as possible. We finish by going through our five-year warranty and product care information.
